Livestream Concert – Sept 3

The Kingston Classics Trio will be performing a concert at the Royal Theater that will be streamed using Facebook Live, Sept 3rd at 7: 00 PM.

The concert is funded by the City of Gananoque, and the Musicians Trust Fund, which is a fund set up by record companies to help fund live music, with the requirement no charge for the audience.

The Royal Theater is trying to attract sponsorship for the concert series; if you know a business or somebody who would be interested in sponsoring this concert, the fee would be $200 which would give them advertising for the concert, and the ability of introducing us at the start. Let Katie know if you do know someone interested (legerek@queensu.ca) and I will pass it along.

Sweet Stolen Hours

We are thrilled to present a concert featuring award winning artists, Patricia O’Callaghan and David Braid. Sweet Stolen Hours blends their two worlds of Classical and Jazz. Together they offer a mixture of pieces ranging from Weill to Cohen, with a core of original repertoire at the heart, presented in an intimate setting.

Featuring the crystalline, many-hued voice of O’Callaghan, singing in English, Spanish and French, and the dazzlingly beautiful compositions and improvisations of Braid, this promises to be a moving, eclectic, and powerful evening.

The concert will take place Friday, February 1st, 2019 at 7:30pm at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 263 Victoria Street, Kingston, Ontario. Tickets are $25.00 with seating limited to 120. Pre-sold tickets have priority seating when the doors open at 7pm.
